This Is Why 90% Of TTFM/GxT Traders Are Still Losing | The 4-Step Protocol I Use Every Single Day

Today I'm going to be walking you through my enhanced T-Trades Fractal Model slash GXT protocol.

This is exactly how I approach the markets every single day and it's basically everything I've learned from the people credited on the screen.

That's GX Trades, XYJ Trades, T-Trades and AM Trades.

It's a combination of the teachings refined into one clean four-step process that takes you all the way from top-down view to execution.

So let's get into it. This is the first thing you need to understand, and this comes directly from T-Trades, is that price cannot reverse without forming a swing point.

This is the foundation of everything we do. So keep that in mind as we go through the protocol.

So I'm going to be showing you my four-step easy protocol for trades.

The first one is the daily bias, and it is the most important piece of this whole framework because it gives you the overall direction of the day, the direction you should be looking to trade.

and there are three daily bias scenarios you need to know. First one is the daily C2.

This is the easiest scenario to trade and for good reason the bias is extremely clear.

A C2 happens when price takes out the previous day's high or low and then closes back into the range.

You can essentially look at it as a failed breakout candle.

When that happens you can expect the next day to respect 50 percent of the previous candle's range and continue in the direction of the C2.

So here for example price takes out the previous day high and closes red back into the range.

At that point you have a confirmed bearish C2. The

next day you're looking for price to respect 50 percent or equilibrium of this candle and push down towards the previous day low and potentially lower targets beyond that.

The reason that this is so clean to trade is because you have a strong defined daily bias and all you need to do from there is confirm it with profiling and lower time frame execution.

The next one is a daily continuation. This scenario comes into play after a reversal has already occurred and price has had one or two days of expansion in a direction.

So what you're looking for here is whether the previous day's equilibrium is being held.

If it is, you look for trades around that area to continue in the direction of the expansion targeting any drawn liquidity such as equal highs, equal lows or favorit gaps to the left of the chart.

The last one, and this is the most frustrating scenario, is the daily consolidation and it's critical to recognize it so you don't get chopped up.

In a consolidation, price is stuck inside a range and cannot break out with convection.

You may see what looks like a C2 forming, but because there's no significant structure driving it, the next day can completely disrespect the expected move,

going the other way around and making equal lows instead, for example, such as here.

So we have technically a C2, but then you have this move that completely disrespects the whole setup idea, and we make equal lows.

And the way you trade this consolidation is simple. You just have to wait.

You wait for one side of the range to be engaged with conviction and then react to what you see.

Let's say here you have the next candle that closes as a proper C2, taking out all of these lows.

If you have a valid C2, you then look for the other side of the range to become the target.

and if instead you get another thick candle like this to the downside, you apply the continuation protocol and look for 50% of that candle to be respected before pushing lower to the next draw.

So the key rule in consolidation is to not force any trades. Let the range tell you which side it wants to go to.

Next up is the daily profiling. So once you have your daily bias, use daily profiling to confirm it.

Daily profiling is the analysis of how price forms its open, high, low and close, broken down by sessions and I mainly use two approaches.

The first one is the 7 hour profiling and this comes directly from AM trades.

The idea is that every candle on the chart is essentially a session.

So you have Asia that's from 6pm till 1am, London from 1am till 8am, New York AM session from 8am till 3pm and then PM session for New York from 3pm until close.

So by looking at how each of these sessions develops, you get a much clearer picture of what is happening within the day.

So for this example, let's say you're bearish on this day.

Asia consolidates or makes a shallow move up, basically the protraction phase.

You hit the, we hit a key level, let's say the previous day's high. And then we see that London forms a bearish C2 closure.

That tells you that New York is likely to be a C3 continuation to the downside, targeting lower draws.

The same concept can be applied on the 4 hour chart. You can see here that we have the daily open.

Price moves up and takes out the previous day's high. And then 2 am London candle forms a C2.
