Trading Is Easy When You Break It Down to 3 Timeframes

Hey what is going on everyone welcome back to another video. In this video I'm going to talk about how you can simplify your trading by following a few steps at a time.

Starting with the introduction the thing that is wrong with the noise traders is that they are trying to do and solve problems all at once.

They want to know the daily buys. They want to be certain about every trading day. They are trying out different trading models.

They are trying out different time frames they are getting nervous

by news etc and they don't have an idea

how to like simplify trading from the higher

time frame down to the lower time frame and here's

a quick disclaimer that knowing too much won't

make you a good trader or won't make you money because

trading needs simplification and that is for when you are sitting live at the charts then you need a

simplified approach that you can follow and repeat again and again so that can give you a long-term results.

Now in this lesson I'm going to be simplifying the trading down by these steps.

We are going to be establishing higher time frame bias then

intermediate time frame for confirmation this is going to

be only one time frame and then entry and execution

time frame which will also be one or two time frames but the higher time frame bias is the important step in intermediate time

frame you should be using one time frame i'm going to explain it in the

slides later now step one is high time frame bias

this is the most typical part for noise traders

when they are going into the charts they don't know what a daily

bias is what to expect from the daily chart and

how you can bring down the daily bias into the lower time frame

now the easiest way to find the daily bias is by trading the obvious days and by the obvious days i mean trading the days on which you know

where the daily candle is heading towards and

the simplest form of that is trading the continuation days

not trading the reversal days by the continuation

days within the fractal model or any type of trading

buys the continuation days are trading the candle three

of the swing point once you know the reversal is established

and trading the candle fourth of the swing point this

is going to sound repeating but actually this is the most important part when you are letting the reversal print then you don't have a second guessing you don't have that moment up being

freezed in front of the market but rather

you are letting the reversal print and you are trading

the continuation and i know there will be few

opportunities like this like you would find two to

four threads per week but this is way

more simpler and easier than predicting

the the candle to up the swing point and catching every bottom

and every top in the market you are either expecting a

bullish bias because you saw that the reversal is established you are

expecting a bearish bias because you saw we have a bear c2 closure

or you are not trading because the

current candle is a reversal candle and you do not know the idea of how the daily candle will develop so then you have no trade now this is the schematic of how an ideal daily bias would look like

So you can see here in the picture we have a C2 closure

the price reaches a higher time frame key level a fair valley gap or just a retracement and it is having a C2 closure and by this week we are seeing a reaction to the upside.

So this means that this candle has reversed and now the following candle will continue the trend to the upside.

So then you are trading the confirmed days which are C3 and C4.

And within this day you don't have conflicting ideas.

You only have one bias and that is open low high close and same is for the C4.

Now here we have a bearish candle closure but it is not closing inside the range.

this could be a continuation lower or maybe it will be

a reversal higher so when a maybe comes in between

you have to skip that day so we could wait for another day

then on the next day what do we have we

are inside this candle high and this candle slow a range

and this candle is a bullish candle but it's not

sweeping the previous candle low it is sweeping the previous candle high this is creating another conflict so we have to let that print now on the next day we will sweep up

previous day low and then we are expanding higher so now i'm not trying that because

between this low and this low there is no space so

this means these are failure things so i need a manipulation

of the extreme of the range now here we have taken

this range high but this candle itself is

bullish the next candle comes in it is not taking the

previous candle high so how would i know that this is going to be

a bearish channel so then i'm letting it print and

then at the end of the day we are taking

the consolidation range low and then the bias becomes

clear now the step two is intermediate time frame confirmation

this is very important part of bringing the daily bias to the intermediate time frame this is like more important than the bias itself because
