Give me 16 minutes and I'll ELIMINATE your trading mistakes forever

Because here's the truth that most traders will do almost anything to avoid hearing.

The thing that's standing between you and being able to consistently pull payouts with prop firms probably isn't the market.

And a lot of the times it's probably not even the strategy. It's you.

Because if you are the problem, then you are also the fix. You can't control the market, but you can control that.

Alright, let's get into it. Alright, now before we start, obviously you still need an edge.

Now what we're dealing with today is the unforced errors.

knowing your process, then abandoning it when a trade just doesn't go your way. Now look at this example.

Five sessions, each one making one R. Now R is your original plan risk on a trade.

Five sessions of disciplined work, and now you're up five R.

Then you have one uncontrolled session that loses seven R.

Now you're down to R across the whole stretch. A few destructive decisions can erase weeks of disciplined work.

I'm sure you guys have experienced this. Now, if that's what your journal shows, you have a very specific problem to work on.

The damage has a location. Now, trading is fragile, right?

We all know trading is fragile and the math is asymmetric.

You can grind 10% over two weeks and then give it back in a single hour.

Now, you lose 10% where you're going to need 11% to get it back. You lose 25%.

Now, you need 33% to recover. And if you lose 50%, you need 100%.

The hole gets deeper than it looks. That's why stopping the destructive session matters so much.

Now a normal loss can become a spiral. So here's the cycle, right?

The first trade is clean, the setup qualifies, the size is planned, and then you respect the stop. So you lose one R. Now that happens.

There's no execution mistake yet. But then of course you go and jump back in before confirmation.

You say to yourself, well, now I know it's going to go. I know now. And then it's another loss. So now you're down 2R.

So what do you do? Well, traders will go and then they will increase their size because they think to themselves, well, one win is going to get me back.

Now that trade loses 2R and the session is now down 4. Then you stop respecting the exit.

You can't close it here, right? You can't just walk away. Another 3R gone. You're down 7 on the session.

The first loss was part of the plan. What you did afterwards changed the risk.

You stopped trying to execute your edge and you started trying to make the discomfort go away.
