1. The Service

The Service uses AI to transcribe and translate audio from YouTube videos and provides the resulting subtitles. It is available through a Chrome extension, an iOS app, an Android app, and a website.

Subtitles are generated automatically by AI, and accuracy is not guaranteed. Service availability may change depending on operational circumstances.

2. Accounts

You can use the Service as a guest without creating an account. Signing in with a Google or Apple account lets you save your translation history and access additional features.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Paid Subscription (Pro)

The Service offers an auto-renewable subscription product (Pro). The subscription terms are as follows.

• Your subscription renews automatically for the same duration unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The subscription fee is charged automatically to your payment method at renewal. The renewal price may change, and you will be notified before any change takes effect.
• You can cancel or manage your subscription through the subscription settings of the store where you purchased it (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends. Cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
• Refunds for subscription payments are subject to the refund policies of the respective store (Apple or Google). The Operator does not process payments directly; please contact the store for refund requests.

4. Usage Restrictions

The following activities are prohibited.

• Using automated means to send excessive requests that disrupt service operations
• Circumventing usage limits or technical protection measures
• Using the Service for purposes that violate laws or public order
• Impersonating other users or the Operator

The Operator may restrict access to the Service or suspend accounts of users who engage in the above activities.

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the Service's software, design, and logo belong to the Operator.

Rights to the original videos for which subtitles are generated belong to the respective rights holders. Subtitles are provided as a supplementary aid to the original content, and will be removed upon request from the rights holder.

6. Disclaimer

Subtitles provided by the Service are generated automatically by AI, and accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. The Operator is not liable for damages caused by mistranslations or omissions in subtitles.

The Service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, outages, or force majeure. The Operator is not liable for resulting damages unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may amend these terms, and notice will be given on the website at least 7 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
