This dam is considered one of the wonders of ancient times; some research suggests that its length was approximately 650 meters and its height 15 meters.

It extended deep into the valley where many floods gather.

A massive lake was created, and they were able to cultivate vast areas; the remaining ruins confirm that its base width was approximately 100 meters.
